While the situation we are all currently facing is certainly unprecedented, it has also allowed for unique, out-of-the-box thinking within the company so that we can provide new solutions for our customers.
Data Direct was developed with the goal of creating a way to present raw, WIC-related transactional data, in a way in which it could provide our clients with the ability to do things such as track trends or analyze high risk activities to fight fraud. Beset by the limited resources available to the general population as the COVID-19 pandemic spread, we found ourselves adjusting Data Direct and adding another purpose—to use sales data to help locate stores where infant formula might be in stock. It’s this type of ingenuity that makes our people such an asset, not just to CDP, but to our clients as well.
