Custom Data Processing, Inc. (CDP) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure experience with the ENV QuickDraw App (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled within the App and your rights regarding that information. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Ownership & License

The ENV QuickDraw App and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of Custom Data Processing, Inc. (CDP). By installing and using the App, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, TERMINABLE AT CDP’S SOLE DISCRETION,  license to use the App for its intended purpose. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by applicable law.

Confidentiality
All aspects of the App, including its features and related documentation, are proprietary and confidential to CDP. You agree not to disclose or share any part of the App or its documentation with third parties without prior written consent from CDP.

Data Collection

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information and does not require registration, login, or user accounts.

• Diagnostic Logs: These contain only technical details (e.g., timestamps, error messages) and are stored locally on your device. They remain there unless you choose to share them with CDP Support.
• The App does not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, or transmit data automatically.

File Access and Storage

The App may request access to your device’s file system to enable opening, editing, saving, importing, or exporting project files. All file operations occur locally under your control. The App does not access or transmit files without your explicit action.

Internet Connectivity

The App operates primarily offline and only connects to the Internet for limited purposes, such as checking for updates or redirecting you to the official app store page. No personal or diagnostic data is transmitted during these checks.

Use of Information

Because the App does not collect personal data, none is stored, processed, or shared. If you voluntarily send logs to CDP Support, they are used only for troubleshooting and deleted within 30 days after resolution OF THE PROBLEM OR ISSUE. Please do not include personal information in logs.

Third-Party Services

App stores and operating systems may collect data independently. CDP is not responsible for third-party data practices. Please review their privacy policies.

Cookies and Tracking

The App does not use cookies, analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact-us.

User Rights

If you are located in a region with privacy laws such as GDPR (EU) or CCPA (California), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Since the App does not collect personal data, these rights generally do not apply. If you have questions, contact-us.

Security

All project data and logs remain local unless you choose to share them. When sending logs to CDP Support, use secure channels (e.g., encrypted email). CDP cannot guarantee the security of email transmission.

Export Restrictions

You agree not to use or distribute the App in violation of applicable export control laws.

Changes to This Policy

CDP may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Updates will be posted on the official app store listing and, where appropriate, communicated through app updates. Please review periodically.
